Shipping and return policy
Your order will be delivered to the address specified by the person who placed the order. If one or more of the items you ordered are not available at the time of ordering, we will not be able to process your request and we will be able to complete a full refund. We will notify you immediately by email if this should happen. We place and ship orders within 96 hours of order submission, unless otherwise stated.
You can return new, unused and unopened products within 5 working days of delivery for a full refund, however, we ask that you pay the shipping for these refunds. If the refund is the result of our error, such as if you receive a faulty or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the product as well as shipping costs.
